JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Motorcycle and driver's license required
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Business Development or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Site Surveyor will be responsible for the following:
1. Market Identification- By providing maps, verifying population in the vicinity, conducting socio economic check (NSO reports)
2. Trade Area Analysis- Conducting pedestrian and vehicular count, identifying traffic generators, performing competitive checks and identifying market information.
3. Best Site Identification- Verifying the area through actual site measurement and checking for adequate frontage.
4. Negotiations- Relaying the rental rates to the lessor
5. Financial Analysis- Determining ideal rental rates
