About The RoleYou will be helping the social media team in Tokopedia, working closely with the team leads and senior lead, which consists of traffic management of the creative team’s resources, job complexity categorization, team output and productivity monitoring and reporting, production scheduling, while also supporting in quality of work supervision, talent and real estate management, as well as collaborating across teams to ensure excellent delivery every time.
What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day projects & resource management
- Manages the departmental schedule/timeline
- Creatively contribute to all projects/campaigns
- Occasionally manage the outsourcing of video deliverables to freelancers; monitor the budget for freelance & vendor expenses
- Working closely with Leadership to determine and enforce priorities that maintain the required pace and quality expectations for creative output
- Taking an active role in establishing a positive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 3+ years of experience and demonstration of success in creative industry (preferably having experience in a creative agency or similar function/industry)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and Good English skill (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
- Mastery of time management multitasking, attention to detail, and capable of providing clear constructive feedback of creative work
- Ability to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment bringing to bear strong problem-solving skills and excellent prioritization relying on a clear understanding of company goals and departmental needs
- Ability to work across multiple business units and collaborate with all stakeholders on projects and initiatives and quickly master and enthusiastically tackle new challenges
- A team player and must be willing to leverage and embrace the support from other teams work collaboratively in planning future projects
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with Google Office Suite (especially slides and sheets) is preferred
