We are seeking a resourceful HR Sales Consultant to expand our business and improve our branding initiatives. As a Business Development Specialist, your duties will include establishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships, and negotiating deals.
HR Sales Consultant :
- Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue
- Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth
- Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability
- Evaluating and improving sales strategies
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar sector
- Previous experience as a Sales Consultant in the HR industry will be considered as an asset
- Familiar with CRM Softwares
- Experience in identifying business opportunities and potential clients
- Αbility to analyze market trends
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
