Your Role
工作内容(Job Description)
1.管理(management)
Leading and developing local IT team to achieve defined goals;
Driving and Implementing IT strategy and guideline;
Implementing & Enforcing local&global IT Standards & Processes;
Management of local IT operation, IT organization and personal development;
Act as focal point of IT for plant management;
领导和发展本地IT团队,以实现既定目标;
推动和实施IT战略和指导方针;
实施和执行本地和全球的信息技术标准和流程;
管理本地IT运营、IT组织和个人发展;
担任工厂管理信息技术的协调人;
2. 服务(Service):
Providing secure and stable network environment for end users;
Ensuring and optimizing local IT infrastructure (Server, System, Network) performance, operations and support;
Trainings delivery to users on IT standards, processes update and application operations;
为终端用户提供安全稳定的网络环境;
确保和优化本地IT基础设施(服务器、系统、网络)的性能、运营和支持;
向用户提供有关IT标准、流程更新和应用程序操作的培训;
3.预算与控制(Budget&Controlling):
IT Budgeting, IT Cost controlling, Forecasting;
IT Procurement control and support, 3rd party IT contract management;
IT Asset Management(hardware, software, ...)
IT预算、IT成本控制、预测;
IT采购控制和支持,第三方IT合同管理;
IT资产管理(硬件、软件…)
4. IT和OT安全(IT&OT security):
Implementing Information Security & Data Protection in location;
Establishment and management of local stratergy and plan;
Following global license management and IT compliance;
Taking action according to InfoSec audit findings;
信息安全和数据保护的本地实施;
建立和管理当地信息安全策略和计划;
遵循全球许可管理和IT合规性;
依据信息安全审计发现采取行动措施;
5. 项目(Projects):
Working together with business and global IT for IT set-up and all related project management and implementation;
Driving rollout of global projects for standardization and compliance in location;
Quality control for all IT topics;
与企业和全球IT部门合作,进行IT架构和所有相关项目的管理和实施;
推动在当地开展标准化和合规的全球项目;
所有IT主题的质量控制;
6. 报告(Reporting):
Reporting of IT key figures & activities based on the definition;
Escalation of the abnormal events and accidents;
Submitting all IT related reports required by superior and global IT;
根据定义报告IT关键数据和活动;
异常事件和事故的升级;
提交上级和全球IT部门要求的所有IT相关报告;
7. 全球合作(Global cooperation):
All cooperation required by global IT management, including but not limited: reporting, projects, audit, budget controlling;
全球IT管理所需的所有合作,包括但不限于:报告、项目、审计、预算控制;
8. 其他(Others):
Other work as required or instructed by the top manager;
高层管理者要求或指示的其他工作;
To succeed, you will need
1.学历Degree:Bachelor degree and above; 本科及以上,
2.专业Major : computer science or related 计算机科学或相关
3. 工作经验Work Experience:
1)at least 5 years experience in IT management.至少5年以上IT管理经验;
2)work experience in manufacturing industry.制造企业工作经验;
3)work experience in global company is preferred.有跨国企业工作经验者优先;
4. 外语及程度(Foreign Languages):Good command of spoken and written English.良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
5. 素质要求(Quality Ability):
1)In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, including ERP platforms; Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft packages;Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services;深入了解硬件、软件和网络系统,包括ERP平台;对微软软件包有广泛的了解;熟悉基于云的技术和服务;
2)Good sense of teamwork and cross function coordination; Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to learn new skills and systems quickly;良好的团队合作意识和跨职能协调能力;较强的解决问题的能力,并能快速学习新的技能和系统;
3)Good leadership, people management and organizational skills;良好的领导力、人事管理和组织能力;
6.最佳到岗时间(Best Onboarding Time) :Within 3 months. 3个月内
